Very bad mapping and bad texture. You need to work a lot.
If want the face to be brighter in OEdit hold Ctrl and then zoom the face out with right mouse button. Then zoom the face in only with right mouse button.

Find some tutorial and work on mapping! Look at some good quality faces mapping and you'll learn how to do it correctly.
Except the quality I like Kompany very much. The texture is quite good.
