very soon, i'm finishing to test some features. Here some of them:

-Less standing tackle skill and more marking and sliding tackle skill for defenders, this mean that defender more are capable to mark weel a foe, and make some sliding tackle instead of normal tackling. Increased as well the number of fouls.
-Tuned physical stats formula, now there are players that rely only on their physical overall strength instead on technical stats. Less balance for short players like Messi and Giovinco and so on as a counter measure for their speed.
-Increased shot power and long shots, to have more shoot from distance.
-Physical , mental and technical stats are linked with the age of the player. An old player have very good mental skills, good technical skill and bad (specially acceleration and stamina) skills.
-Keeper have (all!) very good reflexes and diving. The stats that have more importance now is positioning and handling, which have more importance. As a consequences now, the keeper will rebounce more ball, doesn't block the 80% of the shoots, and can't take goal from long distance due their low positioning skills. In one word, more human.
-Tuned penalty, freekick, curve skills. CPU will fail some penalties.

About team styles, now, i'm finding the best balance between team aggression, number of shots and game speed. (Ah!seems that game speed is influenced by camera).

About sliders, if you go in the slider menu, and press (Y) or reset to defaults, the game will load my recommended sliders setting. Or if you want to set it manually.
Acceleration 48
Sprint Speed 50
Shoot Speed 46
Pass Speed 40
Marking 55
Run frequency 35 (important to have a balanced speed of game)
Def line height 40
First touch error 70
Gk Ability 55

Career files features are coming tomorrow.

Hello, I am rather confused about several things and hoped for a clarification..

First of all, I am running fifa on a clean install with Moddingway patch 1.8.4 so what file am I suppose to download? (I am confused since there is other downloads just posted as replies and not on the OP's thread)

Second, I have installed it with sucess (I believe), but I found it hard to believe that e.g. Cristiano Ronaldo have 64 Sprint Speed, while Peter Crouch has 79 Sprint Speed.

Third, where should the gameplayzer-folder be? Should I just run the .exe file from the download or should I just place it in the fifa main folder?

Sorry for all these (maybe) stupid questions, but I really wanna play with a custom database and yours seem perfect to me :-)

Looking forward to the update, FIFA CC.

I tried the current one, and it's a bit underwhelming in terms of realism. Every match is end to end (world class) - there are endless opportunities - and less of a chess match like AP21's formation edits seem to do for the positioning (the only downfall the goal kicks, set plays). I played in a match with Paul's product and AP21's recent update, had 14 fouls in a 30 min match.

Just thought I'd chime in, I'm testing each one as I go while I wait for particular updates. The gameplay is fantastic in your design - but I need more midfield battle, not end to end arcade that I have experienced. Of course, I am open to sliders of any kind if it helps.

1. Just download the latest version of moddingway on the first post of the thread (as of now, it's 1.8.4).
2. The OP (fifaccitiu) is currently working on that, but in the meantime some of the fixes have been released : www.sendspace.com/file/xet2nx
And after applying the patch fix, delete your squads file in your documents folder. (Keep in mind though that some of the players' stats haven't been fixed yet (Robben and Ribery))
3. There should be an option for you to choose whichever DB version you fancy (including gameplayzer mod-installed-DB ) if you open the Fifa Moddingway Selector launcher.

Fifaccitiu, I've just downloaded the most recent version of this mod, and I can see that it's looking better (Robben and Ribery's sprinting issues have been solved) :)
Although I still find some of the other players haven't had their issues fixed yet...
Mario Gotze and Wilshere for examples, have very low dribbling skills.
David Silva's & Aguero agility can also be improved a bit..
Hazard and Walcott deserves to have their sprint speed improved too, I think.
And lastly, all but one of Lampard's physical attributes are just too low (most of them are on the range of 20-30).
Anyway, thanks for having updated your mod! :)

Some of them is a payout to have same overall as vanilla game, and there is a probability that one of this player doesn't have the right playing style. But the game is good, isn't it?

Awesome man!!! Countless freekick chances and 7 freekick goals a season. CPU score some too from freekick. Love it!! Now I just wait for career files, restart CM again, then gonna stick with ur db until FIFA 14 out. Some player are overated or underated from actual life in my opinion. But its not big problem, I can edit them myself with DBM. Thanks bro for ur hard effort! Really appreciate!
