Well, I started a game with unreal players for some reason, but, at least what I think, there are no random players except for the fans that put their info and photo in SI to appear as regens, and some youngsters, they only change the names and nationality of the player, or at least that was my impression while seeing many teams.
I test this somewhat quickly, but I'll be looking in some big, well know teams, from all over the world, and compare, or just saving my shortlist and see what happens.
I hope they are random, at least, at the stats or some other thing, cause it's no funny to see, for example, to see an Argentinian guy called Agustín Ruggeri on Real Madrid that is the same as Ronaldo
and you do not need FM Scout or something to discover that.
