strange sound!!

Starting XI
i reinstalled the game and descovered that the sound in matches are strange!
there is some noise that its hard to describe-its like the old vinyl lp's,when u get dust on them,like small electrical glimps.
anyone experience this too?
shoud i try to install one more time,or is it somthing that can be fixed?
