Strange Graphic Problem (Anti Aliasing and Resolution)

There is a huge problem at my FIFA 16. I changed my settings all in high.
MSAA is x4 and Render Quality is High. Resolution is 1080p but my resolution looks like 720p.
nets and players are not sharp. it seems msaa is off but it's not..

I've tried everything include Nvidia Settings but problem still continues.
I've got original FIFA 15 and FIFA 21 in same origin account but there's not any problem with them.
I'm gonna really pruchated it if someone'll help me.
