I'm planning a 14 to 15 facepatch with missing faces from FIFA 14. The list I have so far:

Thank you for the Cicinho mention. I plan to make the patch for players who are in FIFA 15 only (first)

the head model for FIFA 2014 = 173kb
the head model for FIFA 2015 = 242kb
I see 26 head model of 173kb. Hair model are 2014. Don't COPY the head 2014 in 2015 but MORPHING from 2014 to 2015 head. Hair model aren't possible to convert.
Fix the texture and do new hair model, so rework all.

It's still far from perfect, but it's the first preview. This face is damn hard, so many different head shapes in the pictures! I concentrate on the 'ingame Witsel'. I still need to update the eyes, nose and mouth. Better hair will come later.

I am using Facemaster beta and works very well for faces but I dont have a clue about importing heads because if I use Fifa 14 ones they dont work in game
