Step by step on how to install nets patch

Can someone provide me with a step by step guide on how to install Jujongs' net patch? It doesn't come with an installer, you have to use the most confusing tool I've ever come across (File Master) and I just don't get it.

I've figured it out!

Step by step (as far as I remember):

1. Open File Master.
2. Go Fifa 09/data, click on zdata_40.big (not zdata_25.big as it says in the instructions provided by the maker!)
3. Import t19_0.fsh from the folder where you downloaded the net patch: Click the import icon at the top of the screen and browse to wherever you downloaded that net patch from.
4. Click on t19_0.fsh and open it.
5. Wait while it imports to the zdata_40.big file.
6. When done, click 'regenerate fat and bh' (it's at the top left corner). Wait for it to finish.
7. Check out the new nets!

REMEMBER TO BACKUP YOUR zdata_40.big FIRST IN CASE ANYTHING GOES WRONG!
