Stars against names?????

Can anyone help me out and tell me what the stars mean against a players names when you look on the roster. I just wish I could figure it out. Also, how the heck do I boost a players morale when I play him all the time and then rest him for a few games?

Yes, but also board's favourite. They're linked.

About the morale: Don't rest him more than one game, preferably not at all. Some players take it hard if they're left out of the squad.

i agree with alex, i left Le Tallec out of the team for a month cos he was playing crap, lol, thought he was too good for the team, good old Jamie McMaster filled in nicely. Now that hes back hes playing very well

im not sure which one but i think its home reputation

No, current reputation, which reflects on the club (fans and board)'s happiness with the staff.

But home (nation) and current reputation are usually equal anyway.
