I dont know.
You must open .big files into hex editor and change hex values. You need to know popups offsets for that. And i dont know them. Find and search on forum they must been written somewhere.

@nikolapfc89 it is possible to fully import teams from fifa15/16 into 14,i do it often.
WinRar (czech archive program) handles .cmp patches correctly,use that . Here are my steps :

1. Open Cm16
2. Create team patch
3. DO NOT INCLUDE player face/hair models or boots to avoid crashes
4. DO NOT IMPORT SPECIFIC FORMATION
5. Create CMP patch
6. Open CMP in WinRar
7. Edit all .xml files
8. Find all <fifa16></fifa16> tags
9. Rename to fifa14 and save
10, Rar will ask you to replace chagens,click YES
11. Imort into FIFA14
12. Once team is imported, edit it
13. go to formatins tab
14. Change to Generic formation (very important,otherwise team will crash)
15. Save
16. IN MY CASE (ModdingMod), i have to move FIFA14 imported KIT from FIFA 14\Game\data\sceneassets\kit to FIFA 14\Game\data\sceneassets\k16
17. Regenerate
18. Play !
