What are all the ways to improve their chemistry? I knw playing them together, but does coming off the bench help? Is it better to stick one formation, any media comments that help, etc.

Also, many plays aren't motivated to play for me as a manager, solutions?

Just try avoid comments that can make your players unhappy and..honestly, i think the most important part is winning. I find it impossible to make my team/players unhappy even if i try when the teams doing good. Having loyal/professional players helps, tho thats more of a long term solution. I try to avoid buying overambitious/light hearted kinda players (unless they are REALLY good).

At the beginning its common to see players unhappy with you as manager because you have no experience as manager. But once your side become stable and win games, the morale will improve. Could help if you praise the players who are playing really well in the press.
