Sound Effect Delay...

Hi,

Sometimes/always a good few times a match, the ball will be kicked but the sound effect for this will only be heard a few seconds later. Same goes for the referee's whistle.

This doesn't happen every pass, but always a good few times during a match, which is irritating.

I am running SuperPatch 3.0 and KitServer 5.2.0.

Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know the solution?

Thanks for any help guys (and gals?)...

Cheers,

Mike

P.S. The KitServer guy is a legend, it's a fact of life, in a way...

try to change the quality of your game in the the setting. If it's low make it medium but I would advice you to make it High. Then you wont face such problems.

Just wondering, has anybody had this problem start after updating to the latest version of Direct X 9c? I recently installed a flight sim called Wings over Europe and it wanted me to install DX 9c. I already had it so I cancelled the operation. As it turned out it was a slightly newer version of DX 9c which the game would not run without. Anyway, I updated and the flight sim worked. However, Winning Eleven 9 started having this sound delay problem as MHouldey described above. Of course, it could be something else but I thought I'd add this possibility just in case it leads to a solution.

Happy gaming!

Of all the things that would fix my issue . . . I set my screen resolution from 1024x768 to 800x600. I'm not sure how this would affect the sound, but I've played several matches without any problem. I've always had my screen rez at 1024x768 without any issue, but maybe driver updates have changed "what-used-to-be" to "what-is." I don't know if this will help anybody else, but please try it to see if it works.

I've had the same problem and I've tried updating all my drivers and adjusting the graphics but nothing works. I dont know what patches to use because I have we9 not pes5 and the pes5 patches would not be compatible yes?

My specs:

p4 2gig
525mb
gf 6200 256mb
sb live 5.1

Game runs perfectly smooth in max res, max detail.

hi
i wrote it into another topic, but my problem has some connection to this topic too.
since my last win**** xp reinstall (was last november) there is absolutley no sound in pes5, and no sound in any other konami games (tried we9le, pes4, we8, pes3).
the only sound i can hear is the intros sound.
i tried to reinstall drivers, refresh directx, updating audio codecs (like adx audio codec) etc.

any ideas?
