Someone knows how to create new league in FIFA 22?

I want to create polish "1 Liga", but... I don't know how. My only mod made in FIFA 21 was mod which replaced club crest. So I don't have experience in modding. I depending on your help.

i'll try to make easy steps :

0) Introduction

Install Fifa editor tool, RDBM 22, DB Master and Fifa mod manager (you can find it easily)

This excel file contains every ID of the game

This league has 11 teams so you'll have only 11 teams (imo you can add more teams but i don't know how)

I) Rename the league

When you open Fifa editor tool you see a lot of folders. Go into "Legacy Explorer" > "loc". If you play in english, select eng_US.db and eng_US-meta and export them into a custom folder nammed as u want like "My mod". If you play in another language then export you language files.

Open DB Master and open the two files that you exported. Go into the excel link and find in Leagues ID's the ID that you want so for your case, Indian Super League : 2149

In DB Master you have a searchbar, write "2149" and then select the 2nd column. Click on the 2nd button "abc", it will find you every line which contain "2149", when you see on the 3rd column a text which is about Indian League, replace it with what you want.
Do the same exercise on "LanguageStrings 2".

Finally just save the files.

Re-open you Fifa editor tool and in "loc" folder select eng_US and import the edited one and same for eng_US-meta

Now launch RDBM 22 and in "leagues" you go to 2149, you can see that the league is linked to a Country's ID, go on the excel link and search for your country ID and replace the original by the new ID on RDBM 22. Save the squad

Launch FIFA by clicking on "Lauch game with mods" in Fifa editor tool (try to always be offline on FIFA)

Go in "Customize" > "Profile" > "Load squads" and select the squad you edited

You should see the new name

Close FIFA if it's OK

II) Replace the logo

In "legacy explorer" > ui > imgassets and type in the searchbar "league". You should see 5 folders. When you explore them, you should see that every league logo is present. Go on photoshop or Gimp or idk what you've got and edit differents versions of your league logo (512x128 / 512x512 / 1024x1024 / 256x256 / 200x64)

You have a dark version and a light but in your case i think that you can ignore the 2 versions and just import same files in each folder (correponding to the size)

Now you should see the league logo in FIFA

III) Teams

Return in the excel link

Take an indian team's ID

Edit the name in DB Master by re-editing eng_US files (then re-import them in "loc" folder)

Go on "Fifa kit creator" website to create your kits

(You've got insane tutorials on youtube for this so i let them explain you)

You've got the teams

IV) Players

For now i'm not too good at modding to create players on RDBM 22 so i create them on FIFA

For now you should be good

i forgot something, in RDBM 22, in leagues, after changing the country ID of your league, you need to edit the level of the league. India Super League is the only Indian League in FIFA so its value is 1, change it to 2. When you'll open FIFA you'll see that in polish leagues you'll have the choice between league 1 and league 2

In the first line, you see "1603", it refers to the 1603th line. When we go to this line we can see this :

I'm affraid that the league has playoffs but anyway, before line 1604 so before this :

You'll need to tell that this league is under the 1st division so you will write this :

ID 66 = 1st polish league.

Little advice, open notepad and copy paste the code of a league like English 2nd division. You'll understand how to proceed to make relegation/promotion system.

To help you more, you'll need to write this after "1606,info_color_slot_adv_group,4" :
(For 2 promoted teams for example)

Now in "search" type "d,66" to be teleported on 1st polish league.

Zrozumiesz, że „1603” mówi, że liga jest indyjska.
Więc przejdź do linii 1604 i zmień

Obawiam się, że liga ma play-offy, ale i tak przed linią 1604, a więc przed tym :

Musisz powiedzieć, że ta liga jest w pierwszej lidze, więc napiszesz to :

1604, identyfikator_zasobu, 2149"

ID 66 = I liga polska.

Mała rada, otwórz notatnik i skopiuj wklej kod ligi takiej jak angielska 2. liga. Zrozumiesz, jak postępować, aby stworzyć system spadków/awansów.

Aby pomóc Ci bardziej, musisz napisać to po „1606,info_color_slot_adv_group,4” :
(Na przykład dla 2 awansowanych drużyn)

Yea, yea you're right. But the right files for the Careermode is in the normal Compdata folder or direction.
The files in closed_beta are for the beta version of FIFA as far as I know.

i edited CSL's standing ( from 16 to 13) however its doesnt work in career mode. Can u help me ?
