a) What did he steal?

b) 1) Did he credit you for your work or 2) claimed it as his own.

in case of b1 : tell him to ask you beforehand if he can use your stuff next time.

in case of b2 : find out his real life adress and go stick a baseball bat in his behind.

I was of course joking lol, there is not much you can do unless you can prove it is your work (did you put a watermark in your graphic files? do other people know it's your work?)

You could challenge him to make something similar in the forums he presents your work as his, and off course he won't be able to do so and leave with his tail behind his legs I think.
