Some things I don't like in Fifa06

Hi,

Got the full game for PC today...
Here are something that I really don't like
1- the menu bug is still there. I had to disconnect my usb keyboard to make the damn thing work ! just as it was for the demo
2- I've got the feeling that the ball stick to much to the player's foot
3- The ground passing is awful... It seems ice hockey to me...no bounce, the ball slides on the ground
4- menus are a bit weird, i had to reprogram my settings more than one time because i did something wrong
5- the transferts are not up to date.They have been stopped on the 24th august. All the moves of the last week are not there. I have worked as editor for EA and I can tell you that I have done my transfert till the last one...
Let's hope there will be an official fix for that
6- Just like last year, there are only 25 or less players pro team. A lot of teams have only 21 or 23 players. Should be 30 in my opinion, to cover teams with big rosters such as Tottemham or Porto
7- too many skill moves ( side steps ) made by the comp... not realistic

I just play friendly games today, did not test other modes but at the moment my totally modified fifa 2005 plays way better...
It's not the improvement I've been waitnig for...maybe I'll change my minds in a couple of weeks and more playing

Hello Billy,
No I have not received my game from EA yet. I just buy 2 copies each year, in case one of my cd is broken...lol...I'm a fool
But as I said above, nothing particularly exciting. I think all this hype will go down in a few weeks...
Anyway, without CC, this game means nothing to me...
When I think we have work like crazy on the database and they have stopped the transferts at the 24th August, I'm really angry

Gameplay is not that bad,it's the passing that nerves me ...this ice hockey wise ground passing
I have imported the fifa06 settings in the 2005 game with tactic master...I don't need anything else at the moment...

Thanks for the proposition but I customized my config.dat to my likings and I think I'll stick with mine, however maybe it works the other way around? I mean importing our Fifa2005 config.dat to Fifa06?

And yes the 24th august thing is killing me also, especially since they made us work hard to get everything in till september first transfers, and I'm positive we were on time, I even cancelled RL stuff to get my teams done in time lol

You expect EA to release a patch? )))))))))))))))))))))
They HARDLY release a !!LAN PATCH!! at Fifa 2004 !

They are too stupid to create a game , not speaking about releasing a patch.
The word patch does not exist on EA Sports vocabulary.
