I think that improving fifa 12 graphics is great but the main issue with this game so far is that you can´t add any new league without overwriting an existing one in career mode. If this is not addressed in CM 12 then is a sure game breaker.

Well mates Rinaldo have just released the first beta of Creation Master 12, here is the news from the master himself:

CM12 - Beta 1 released
I am pleased to announce that I have released the first beta verion of CM 12. It still has some limitations because I was not be able to complete the editing of tournamnets and the creation of patches in CMP format. Nevertheless I decided to release this first Beta in order to start the testing process. A full version will follow soon.

i installed it and i wanna open file, but it write:
Error: 10004
Unable to retrieve information from the registry. Probably the game is not installed properly.

You have to create a directory called "000" in C and create in it a file called "temp.txt" and finally the program will work
C000\temp.txt

And I looked in that path theres no compdata\compobj.txt

What is that file and how can i fix this problem ?

I think you should look for that file in the big files and extract it with texture editor.
