Wow... in a bad way.

Thanx Scotty, I've been looking for next-gen PES/WE screenshots for a while eversince the amazing controversial 2 that came out a month ago.

This is probably the worst looking Xbox 360 game to date.

They all look suprisingly CURRENT GEN, with the exception of this single screenshot for Adriano cheering after a goal. This was the only next-gen looking photo.

The rest were a major disappointment. It's like watching PES5 on a good computer.

And what is wrong with the grass???? How on earth is that next-gen? Did they bother check out EA's 3D grass textures for a game that came out 6 months ago????

People pay lots of money into buying next-gen consoles so they could see next-gen graphics.

This is just a cheap WE10 PS2 port.

The funny thing is, on the background of the page you see these screenshots on, you can see Fifa WC'06 next-gen graphics. Sad.

Adriano's amazing screenshot doesn't fit in with the rest of the horrible screens. However, highly reputable sites like gamespot have shown all these screenshots under the same 'Xbox 360' headline.

Did you read the article where it says the following?

"Up steps Inter Milan and Brazil striker, Adriano. All six images feature him, with one exceptional example, showing off the true power of the 360's graphics, including sweat as well!"

I do agree that the articles title is misleading.

Only one of them is an actual next gen screenshot. The rest are current gen shots. That's obvious to anyone who looks at them. I don't know why gamespot has them in the wrong section. I assume it's because they don't have any other pics.

look at the arm bandage. Its too squared. Also his hairline
And the sweat isnt convincing, if you compare it with other games like nba live 06

I expected much more :boohoo:

Well, there´s no doubt about that this image is not from the PS2 version of PES6, but, are u sure guys that this image belongs to the xbox 360 version??. I have my doubts, in this screen i cannot say if yes or not, but if you take a look to the other famous 2 pics (chelsea vs inter)...hmm...there´s no name on the back of each player!!!, may be an intro?? may be real game?? i have my doubts, and more now with the thing of PES6, WE/PES 2007, and a possible PES7?? which name belongs to what console??...PES6 is clear to PS2, but the rest??...to many questions without answers from Konami. One version in Fall, and another worldwide version (all platforms) in January or February??
Konami is getting crazy......

right now i think konami r doing what i htink fifa should have done, is hopefully focusing on gameplay jump to next gen and making a really good gameplay physics system instead of going with temptation of giving it really good graphics (fifa didnt even do it well any way)
