I have this message on a few of my players when i look at their training status, but i don't know what i can do about it. Should i give them a warning for unprofessional behaviour? Or do i need to change their training schedule? I think this is one of the things that is very vague in FM2005. Does anyone have any advice?

It means their training is too light. They either do train, or don't, and in the latter case you'll get a message in the news.

Give them fines for missing training, saves money and they dont do it, and probably respect u more. I need to save money though so im a bit more lenient to do it...(Vauxhall Motors)
