I'm Italian I'm translating everything with google
photos I've done but do not see anything
slowfaster does not start and nothing appears
while only cheatengine starts

but sowfasteroff and one inside the folder utility??
I tried and it gives me error

After some slider tweaking (and choosing Slow gameplay setting), the speed is perfect for me.

I remind that when you launch SLOWFaSTER.exe there will be no prompt or window. It just starts a process. To see if it's working press F2 e F7 during a match.
However in menu you should observe the increase speed.

after trying several speed settings i think 0.97 (chosen by the op) is spot on if testing in exhibition mode. I noticed game gets some speed boosts randomly if you play a tournament or career, but those seem to be adjustable in the career ini.

in cmsettings.ini there is ATTRIB_MODIFIER section. These 2 parameters
AWAY_MOD_LOW = 94 AWAY_MOD_HIGH = 103 (i put 98,101)

I think a random value is chosen in the range between 94-103 for every match and acts as a factor for player stats. Some matches play like on drugs if away team gets high value.

There are also parameters MATCH_IMPORTANCE_HIGH = 95 MATCH_IMPORTANCE_MED = 80 (i put 80, 70) which possibly create speed boosts.

And in product.ini there is difficulty modifier section which need to be disabled or toned down. If you can plz test with changing these and tell us how it affects tournament/career mode.

Very intresting founds mate..The fact is that these values were present also in fifa12...and there weren't the random speed bug...But it deserve some try...

@six75 : Try opening cheat engine from the CE folder manually. Then, start FIFA 13. Minimize and open the fifa13.exe process using cheat engine. Enable speedhack and voila.

Six 75 had no problem. He thought the program would have opened a window or somtehing like that.

I've added a new profile:

With this profile dated 13/10/12 (that you have to substitute in the same folder you've installed SLOWFaSTER), the game will be a bit more slower and also have a new hotkey: f5 for restoring the default speed.

Hi, mate! I did install correctly (CSLOWFaSTER\ and Cheat Engine in CProgram Files\Cheat Engine 6.2), I've added a new profile (13/10/12), but when I tried to start the "SLOWFaSTER.exe" error occurs: http://www4.slikomat.com/11/1014/6jv-SFerro.jpg (The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running...). My Windows: Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit operating system. What's the problem?

Tip for Pro User: combine it with xpadder, and bind F2 - F7 to Select or Start and enjoy a better experience

Corerection: I've changed old exe file with new, and now exe works. But menu doesn't open. I cannot do this:

- Press F2 for a Faster speed in menus.
- Press F7 for a Slow gameplay during the matches.

Menu of what? Fifa? It cannot make the game not working, it's impossible.
Should you be more precise?

Thanks. I modified it for my unused gamepad button (I use PS2 logitech wireless) so one press (down) of left analog axis button is F2, another press is F7.
Long press of right analog axis button=F5.
