Anyone watch the Benfica XI vs Zidane XI? Mildly entertaining, watched most it, think it ended 3-3.

EDIT: ****, it was two days ago? I only saw it today. Why aren't these things advertised more?

well, it was being discussed in this thread 4 days ago, so you should have swung by here earlier ...

I only managed to see the extended highlights ... not as much time to soak in the nostalgia as when you watch the game live ... but it was good to see Kluivert and others out on the pitch ...

Braga won today against Sporting by 1-0 and continues in the front of the Liga another week. Now we have to do our job and win against Guimaraes to have the same points as them.

Honestly I think this was the only occasion in which I wanted Sporting to score (in the Portuguese competitions).

But although Braga's goal was somewhat lucky Sporting never really did enough to win the match.

Veloso playing on the right side? What the hell was Carlos Carvalhal (aka Autocarlos) thinking?

Guimarães is always difficult, we need to enter the match wanting to score early, 'cause they will have no problems in parking the bus.

End of the 1st half of Benfica x Belenenses. We are winning 1-0, Cardozo's goal. We are playing a average game, Belenenses is closing up in their area, so its difficult to make any plays, but with some genius creativity ( Aimar and Saviola ) we are being able to open some spaces and do some danger plays. I believe that with more pressure we can score 2 more goals.

EDIT: End of the game, it ended 1-0. Weak exibition by us. Belenenses played well, but we looked a little tired. Weldon was a bad option too.

Well, the last 4 games that we made were dissapointed besides we won them ( with a tie in the middle ), the reason for that to me its their condition, i think they were pretty tired and now with almost a week to recover for this game, we made one of our best games of the season. Hertha didnt breath and Julio Cesar was a spectator (excluding Raffael kick). We get trough Europa League next phase, and now we probably will play Marseille, lets see next Thursday.
