I'm going to set the order in 2 hours. I will list all names in an excel spreadsheet, generate a random number for every person, and then sort the names from highest to lowest. If you would like to join, do it now. Otherwise we can do this with 15 teams.

Once the official order is set the person with the first pick will have 24 hours to make their pick and every pick after that will have to be made in 12 hours. For the first couple of picks I will be lenient about the time limit. Everyone who said they want to participate will be included unless we go over 16 in the next 2 hours.

I will create a new thread where we will make our picks; ONLY post picks in there. Carry on all discussion in this thread.

EDIT: Oh yeah, try not to tip players before they are drafted. Saying Messi's name before the first pick doesn't really help anyone, but as we get further into the draft (hell, the first round), you could screw someone over by tipping a player and leading someone to draft them when they hadn't even considered them initially.

but interesting that you went with 0 < x < 1, to several decimal places, and with the highest number getting first pick ... instead of random integers from 1-16 ... just observing, not judging ...

0<x<1 is the standard for the RAND command on Excel. Easier to just do that and sort. Plus, if I did random integers I would have probably had to use something else because I could have gotten repeats.
