Set Graphic From Other Leagues To Ligue 1

Hello everyone. I have some question. Maybe someone will help me.

I would like to play career in Ligue 1, but it's frustrating, because this ligue haven't official scoreboard and graphic like Premier League, Bundesliga, MLS and LaLiga. So, my question: Is it possible to set, for example, MLS graphic to Ligue 1?

And if yes, where? By DB Master? or Frosty Editor?
