The thing about the fouls was interesting because for the first time I could see the CPU have a bit more pride and really make some more stupid fouls (similar to the Chelsea-Arsenal vid with Carzola).

It's still WIP - but nice to see that it makes a legit impact. Those team tables are so tempting - but I'm knee deep in my Fleetwood CM, I'd hate to corrupt it (again)!

this is why i never start a career until i am satisfied, i know that custom tactics is limited and you can achieve the same results for all teams editing the teams table.

i know you are trying to satisfy the console players but it is not out fault they went console and we went the smarter path.

pc flat out has better hardware to play with and with modding it makes it the obvious choice over a console.

the editing of teams tactics in the database, same as custom tactics with a larger range of options on a wider scale.

I definitely agree. I know I have to get to a point where I can only do so much - and this is about it - and it's not even my idea, so great, I can focus on PC related.

Do you know if I could use two different DB's? I'm getting some progress with my Fleetwood CM and really don't want to start over.

Yes, PC has the modding and hardware - nough said there. FIFA is really starting to come along nicely.

if you edit the teams table consider your career database useless.

did you ever test the files i sent you with and without your sliders ?
i am anxious to hear your opinion, especially with your sliders.

Hm, nevermind, it actually doesn't make much sense. If I was smart I'd just back up my DB and career files - edit the most up to date moddingway and tables - and be on my way. Eitherway, I think the CTT method will work just fine. I edited them outside the existing CM and they still worked after I had switched keyboard to CPU side before the match, then changed and selected the Custom tactic for the CPU; then moved the keyboard back so it's just P1. I'll post a video real quick since that is mighty confusing.

Yes, RC - I have tested your files everyday so far since you sent them to me. I am absolutely loving it and am working on a video tonight actually to show you - so you can expect that shortly. Once I realized that I had reached the "max" with the console approach (CTT being the last of it) I went right away and committed to the files you gave me.

So from here on out, I'm in "PC" mode. The opportunities are endless, right? :)

endless, not exactly but more is possible on the pc than a console.

i am interested in the results of the tests using my files and your sliders, hope the outcome turns out to be good.

What I sent you in PM was reviewed with no slider adjusts, I'll be working on them some more tomm with sliders.

Hi guys! I'm glad to I found this thread (sadly just now), because the original gameplay driving me crazy. Maybe it's a stupid question, but how can I use these .ini files. I never heard about them before. Could someone help me with this? Thanks, have a nice day!

OK, thanks.........but after searching 3 hours, I can't find any usefull information. So I tried it alone: I copied the cl.ini to the game folder, after that I regenerated, and finally I changed the sliders ingame. Is this the right process or I made a mistake? I don't know, because the final result is not really good.

There is no best combo, it all depends of your view what the best is. Try different Slider combination. there are multiple threads of Sliders and custom gameplay .ini files. For example, I'm currently playing wih my custom sliders and paul's v0.3 .ini. file. Check: http://www.soccergaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187577&page=3
