yeah I'd say you've got a quite decent start...
what you need to improve is the use of pictures for face textures, a little bit more careful at UV-mapping and a closer look at the actual picture to follow and edit the head model better

Robinho, Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos look great man, nothing to add, I would like to see an ingame shot though as those may vary from the O-edit preview, but they seem very nice.

The Gravesen face looks a bit 'unreal' in the screens (his head is too white?)... I like the Ronaldo face ingame, but the Robinho and Carlos faces need some work, but I can't say exactly what needs to be improved... maybe the hairline of Carlos, where you can see a line of colour that should be blended in better. Keep at it though, I see signs of improvement.
