Before to copy this directory you have to install these patches:

I am updating the italian serie B, I have created the Livorno team with creation master, added players (existing like Diamanti, Dainelli and others and created), added kits (home, away and gk), but when I load the game Livorno is called Al Alhy, and it is impossible to see the kits in the game.
What can I do to solve this problem?

I have a question : I want to create new teams of italian serie B (Livorno, Padova, Lecce and Cosenza), I have changed the name of Cesena team (relegated to italian league one) to Livorno, I changed the kits, but when I load the game the kits remain the same.

You have to copy those new kits from kit folder to k16 folder, the game reads from that location (k16). About new teams: try not to rename the team, but insteed create new one with real sofifa id, because in case of livorno, that team surely have a sofifa id: https://sofifa.com/team/1844/livorno/

Normaly it can`t be because in most cases, editors work with real fifa ids, anyway if that id is used Creation master won`t let you to used same id 2 times. On the other way, DB Master it does.

I have used ID 1844 for Livorno and it works !
Even the kits are appeared ! (Livorno team is present in the original Fifa 14, Season 2013/14).

I have another question, I want to create Cosenza team, I use the ID from SOFIFA then I will create the players using the IDs like in SOFIFA.
What do I have to do for create the kits?
I load them with Creation Master14 in .png format, but what is the next step to do for seeing them in the game?

I have another question: when I have created Livorno team I did not use the same ID SOFIFA for the missing players (like Greco, Mazzoni, Gasbarro ecc.), is better if I change the ID of these players according to SOFIFA?

yes always is better to use fifa oficial ids.. is recommended and is easy because you have a first look even at the stats...

I am continuing to update the rosters, but I have the problem with south americans leagues, the seasons (brazilian and argentinian league) crash after one match. (I have installed the moddingway patches 17.5 all in one, 18.01, 19.00, 20.00 and 21.00).
Any solutions?

It happened with Velez and River Plate, after the first match in league argentinian, before to play in copa sudamericana the game crashes.

It happened with Flamengo after the first friendly match in the season

check schedules, if necessary erase the schedule and do it again maybe it is the reason of crash
