Searching For Players On Career Mode

So here am i trying to build a new decent team on career mode, butthe search system is terrible now!

theres not the option to sort by overral stats, only by name, age and position.

so the filter only shows 150max players, which will hardly show players who starts with letter A.

anyone know any other way to do it? im wondering if its about the scouting staff, but anyways, they take too long. thats quite boring

Career mode is much harder now because of the scouting system. Using a database like sofifa spoils the game imo. You may aswell just play Fifa 13. Use the scouting system by getting the scouts to scout individual players, its much better.
