Maximus, that is Ivan Sproule (SPROULE) with the name on his shirt rather humourously misprinted. Sums up that team doesn't it, all that guff about their midfield being worth several trillion, young team (All born on Easter Road, ah'll huv yez ken) going places with sound finances and a young side (they've been young since 2001!) all being led to glory with a man with a perfectly cubic heid.

I take it you like Miko being able to play as if he's an opposition player week in week out then. And if you're taking up what I just said, there are several articles stating we're having the Kaunas team come over to Riccarton in January. I'm not completely against the Lithuanians though, in fact, it's my personal goal for this season to win Barasa a 'Player of the Month' award (I started the 'Robbie for Scotland' campaign, Believe!) (H). Zaliukas is reasonable in central defence too, at least yesterday we played a much higher defensive line and won a few set pieces coming in. It's been the main problems for us in losing goals, also coupled with a goalie who's prepared to come off his line and collect crosses. Craig Gordon is a brilliant shot-stopper, but he is not very good at other aspects of the game (commanding his box and kicking to name but two) and it doesn't help him or us.

I'd more or less stick with the same team for the derby, though I'm seriously concerned about us getting shat on in midfield (Beuzelin is MUCH better than Handsome and Straighty combined). I hope Barasa connects with all of their players (H).

Celtic 2-2 Dundee United

What a game! Lovely start for Dundee and goal by Robertson. Celtic played **** but could score goal. At the beginning of second half seemed that Strachan changed nothing and then in 58' Collin Samual scored. Everybody thought it's gonna be sensation of the season but Celtic coach done some changes and getting play better. O'Dea scored a contact goal and Celtic moved on Dundee. After 2 minutes Naka scored a wonderful goal and it was 2:2. 92' and there goes a counter-attack from Celtic and Riordan scored on post.

What the hell was Shiels of Hibs thinking of when he scored the peno. Why did he pole-axe the keeper?
