Scoreboard Installing Info

I wanted to know if it is needed and how to install the following files in the various packages scoreboard or if you just install the file to23_s.fsh also best to use Filemaster or big gooey and fatbhbuilder07 ?

fixture.big
formatio.big
stats.big
