Try to clean install FIFA 12 (re-install the game then install this patch)
.However, may you try to tell us detailed about your problem.
what you've done and what kinda you got an error message/ what?

tried to reinstall, that's a problem:
only the language on my computer, a Russian, a screenshot is taken from another site, the problem I have is the same.

Hmm looks like .net framework problem.
Try to install .NET Framework versions. (Especially 3,5 and 4.0)

You have to install the especially v 3.5 of .net framework.
also try to Windows update then clean install the game.
