I just wanted to put this in the 13 thread as I will also update chants as the year goes on, just makes it easier for those who didn't know about the thread from last year.

UPDATE LOW VOLUME FIX FOR FIFA 13
FIFA 13 seems to have more background noise or the chants don't play as loud so after you download any of these chants you can easily crank the decibels up on thousands of mp3s within seconds by using the program below and following the instructions I posted. There is just too many chants for me to redo them all.

1. Download MP3 Gain Here http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net/download.php
2. Once you run the program you can choose a single mp3 or several mp3's and also you can choose several folders that hold your chant mp3's and the program will load all the mp3's inside of the selected folder or folders. Once you do this and they are loaded you wont see the current levels of the mp3s you choose unless you have run an analysis on them previously.
3. Then run "Track Analysis" on the selected files and it will tell you the decibel level and if there is clipping.
4. Then you can set a global decibel number for every chant to be raised to and click the button "Track gain" and it will raise the level of all the chants in seconds.

This is loss less so you can change it back without affecting the audio file.
When you see a "Y" for clipping that is the point where you could lose quality although chants in FIFA are muddled with background noise and other audio so its usually not an issue unless you just went way too high on the decibels.
Last year decibels needed to me about 100-101 for chants to sound perfect in game so this year looks like you may need 102-103 but play around with it and you will find the sweet spot.

Instructions

1. Make a folder called "Chants" and place wherever you want on your hard drive
2. Copy the Country folder such as "England" and just place in the Chants folder you have created on your hard drive. Keep doing that with all the country's folders you download.
3. Copy all the playlist files and place into my documents/music/playlists folder.
4. Open WMP and click on library and scroll down to "add to library" then manually add the "Chants" folder you placed on your hard drive to the "shared folders" in Windows Media Player.
5. Start FIFA and start assigning chants to teams.
6. Its best to put audio for commentary at 7 or 8 and maybe the rest of the audio options down just 1 notch but the chants are maximized to be heard at a solid level ingame.

Important: If your Chants folder is not added to the Windows Media Player Library the chants wont work so make sure this is done. Open WMP and click on library and scroll down to "add to library" then manually add the C:/Chants folder. I made the playlist in Windows Media Player so if the audio files its using in the playlist cant be found then they wont work. Adding a folder to the library takes 5 seconds.

Only a few playlists showing fix by Vazelos

1. Open Windows Media Player and hit Ctrl+1 to go on Library View.

2. At the Left Panel you will find an icon by the name Playlists. [View Image]

3. Right click on Playlists icon and select Customize Navigation Pane. [View Image]

4. A new window will come up. In to the category Playlist has two options
Recent 5 and All. If you tick Recent 5 in FIFA's Custom Sounds & Chants
list you will see only your five recent lists. If you tick All is easy to understand
what will happen lol!!! So, you click on All option and you click OK. That's all!!! [View Image]

If you want to change the order of the playlist just open Windows Media Player and click on "playlists" then right click on the playlist you want to edit and pick "edit in list pane" and you will see it on the right margin and then you can move the files up or down but don't forget to save afterwards.

You need seperate lists. One for fans, one for goals, one for entrance and so on.

These are chants ready to go, just Google "how to create playlist with Windows Media Player" and then you can easily and quickly create playlists for media files and enter them in teh customize section in the games main menu. I do have instructions above on how to share your main chants folder with Windows Media Player.

Just copy the mp3's from teh folders I have uploaded into Windows media Player then make a playlist for them if I havent already uploaded a playlist. Its very simple and you can make playlists in less than 10 seconds.

I think its easier for people to use the tool themselves instead of me redoing all the chants and re-posting them as there are just too many. I was listening to the Liverpool chants from the pack above, but I found it hard to tell them from the EA chants, since I think they may have some authentic ones almost the same. Is that true? Which major leagues are the EA chants the worst or least authentic?

You know I haven't played 13 enough to know, I think I have played about 7 games total and I play for Tottenham but am out on a year long loan to Bradford City.

You are a genius, I've just done a little test and with this track gain trick everything goes fine...chants, anthems, replay music are perfect. A boost to the volume was very needed!
Furthermore, I'm so pleased the length of the anthems and the replay music is longer than in Fifa12...it gives much more realism imo
