RQT Texture?

It looks very much like the texture from the default EA kits from FIFA 2003.

After easyeasyeasy's comment i tried what i could - I couldn't do the short sleeves because their tops are cut out in a very rare way,and freaking small on the original EA kits

so here is what i could make out
