RPL patch problem

Hi,

I've got a problem when I install a Russian league patch (any RPL patch). I can play with any of the teams, in friendlies, and everything seems to be okay. But when I try to go onto manager mode with one of the teams, either when I choose a team, or when I click 'new manager mode', the game freezes and closes. I'm pretty sure it's soemthing to do with either the tournament or league (in Creation Master) bcause I've tried substituting different teams in and still the problem remains. Can anyone please tell me what the problem is, and how to resolve it?

PS: If anyone has a RPL patch that works for them, can you please put a link here too so that I can try it?

PPS: Is it because I only have one Russian league and teams cannot be relegated? But I already made the bottom two teams: Team 15. Classified of Russian Premier league and the same with Team 16. I have checked the Austrian bundesliga which only has one league, and it is the same. So what can be wrong? Calendar?
