in all tex I don't like noses colours (maybe except iniesta, his colour is good), in iniesta - lips will not looks good in game and nose too so update

No I just try with brightness/contrast;Hue/Saturation;Color Balance>Like you are doing in your tutorial

yes, those are useful tools, BUT you are not matching well the photo to the textures, there are some areas you have to 'cover'

Why are you making textures for those players, EA's textures for those are really good

You can make it other players' tex. Search in Texture Editor.
