You just need to open project file in frosty editor and then export to mod. It allows you to update the mod after fifa updates and dont have to wait for the author of the mod.

I am not really the person to ask about those things. I used to play careers back in FIFA 16 and I knew how to edit the database... by since then I dont't bother with it because I play online. Ask someone who makes an overhaul style mod for careers... they could probably assist better than I.

Simply export the textures from 19 and then import them into 20... using Frosty Editor. You may want to copy over the hotspot data as well... you'll also need to use RDBM or DBmaster to change collars and kit number/name colors.

Riesscar's NT 2020 AIO

This kitpack will include teams from around the world, but with a particular focus on those participating in Euro 2020. I would like to thank both Hibov91 and Bromley for their substantial contributions to this pack. I have included hotspot changes to center the front number of many of the kits. If you would like to import the included teamkits table, it will set the kits to the correct collar type and name color; however, it includes many changes to kits that are not included in this pack. This is as a result of the fact that it is from my personal squaad file. I therefore recommend that users simply use the table as a reference to edit their own squad files. Finally, I am releasing two versions of this AIO due to the current issue with Frosty Mod Manager in which legacy file conflicts prevent the program from launching. That way, those of you who use Muzzley's AIO can continue to do so without having to choose between the two. The downside to this option is that several of Muzzley's Minikits are not updated to the most recent Euro kits (i.e. Netherlands home and away), but the actual kit will appear correctly in-game.

If you need assistance making changes in RDBM, there are many tutorials available; but I am happy to answer specific questions (but not ones like "how do I get all of the kits to have the right number colors).

I will be updating this AIO as information becomes available. If there is a kit missing that has been released or reliably leaked, let me know.

* Note that there are a few unlicenced national teams that I have yet to correct the crests for... not on the Jerseys, but in the selection menu.

You can only replace boots that that are already in the game. If you are a frosty patron, you will have access to mesh importation, which means you can replace boot models... given that with Volta’s boots the number if boots is around 300-400, adding shouldn’t be needed.
