Here is AIO release 5. I may have failed to add a kit to the list. I decided that in the interest of getting this out faster, I am not going to document the RGB codes and collar changes of every kit. If you find yourself wanting to implement the collar changes and RGB codes manually, most of the values are in the previous documentation. Any others I will gladly pass along if requested.

All kits have minikits, and the EPL ball has a miniball. To use them, import the fbmod entitled 'legacy'. Please do not hesitate to report errors or inaccuracies. I try to test all of the kits, but I simply don't get around to all of them.
Credit to Diego Fallas and Nevil72 for their substantial contributions.

I tried to include as many Copa America kits as possible, but if a team is not in the default database I did not replace or edit the game structure.

Many kits now have coeffs and normals, which should improve their appearance in-game; however, if I have erred in my application of these textures then -- again -- please let me know.
There will more than likely be another release soon, but given that it won't affect game-saves or anything it should be just lagniappe.

You need to understand that at this point there are 54 teams, most with multiple kits. Each kit has at least 3 textures and a minikit. So you are asking me to send you 216 textures at a minimum. Do you see why that request is somewhat unreasonable

Okay... I'm not very good at making boots. I find that there are quite a few that need to be made, and AdiozPL says he's taking a break. I'm going to try to fill the void. This boot is not perfect, but it isn't bad. The coeff may look strange, but the opacity is at 50%, so the effect is not as strong. Any improvements are welcome. I got some of the base textures from a modder in FIFA 16, but his tag escapes me... I'll update the post with proper credit.

Motherwell Home Kit 19/20 (Collar 19*, Default Crest, Use Included Coeffs/Normals):

*Some of the Macron kits have a new collar that we don't have access to in the game. It is frequently two toned, with the second color raising up out of the back gradually. It has a swooping sort of V-neck... so there's two main issues: 1) the back raises up higher than the v-neck collar 2) there is no raised collar model that has a smooth transition to a v-neck. I therefore used the V-neck collar to make the minikit (as it simply looked wrong with collar 19), but I am recommending the use of collar 19 because I believe that in-game this will give the closest approximation to how it should look. Also note that I changed the 'motherwell' text on the back collar to what it is this year, but not until after taking the screenshots.

First of all, a quick update to the Motherwell Kits:

To use these kits you need to edit the hotspot file for both. I have the values that need to be changed, but out of pure laziness I don't feel like opening the project and copying them down. If there is anyone who is going to create their own mod with the textures, then let me know.

I am just going to post links to the updated textures, but know that I have switched the collar of the home kit to 7. It looks best with the updated textures.

Before I post anything, I have to say that I can't stand Neymar. Diving, overrated, overpaid b*tch. Had it all at Barca and thought he was sooo good he'd leave and be the best in the world. He will NEVER be the best. Not even in the conversation. He is a cheater (the diving), and the fact that he has so much natural talent only speaks to how ashamed he should be. Hubris... it has been the downfall of many. Anyway, here is the undeserved signature boot.

Olympic Marseille's home kit is one of them... in fact, now that the away and third were released, I will need to update them. Here is an updated and hopefully improved OM:
