In cold matches ( snow, rain ect ) the players still wear their pussy short pants under the shorts. Is there a possibillity to remove them with a statement
maby the removeundershirt statement?

I assume you are talking about when using classic kits? Here are my settings, values are based on guess work so adjust if needed:

removeClassicKitUndershirt(2005)
removeClassicKitUndershorts(1995)
removeClassicKitGKGloves(1975)
removeClassicKitAccessories(1985)
removeClassicKitCaptainArmband(1985)

You can also assign automatic things like boots, balls and adboards to make things feel more authentic.

It's possible to edit the file outroprop.lua to appear the cup's logos in podium? Ex.: The podium of Champions League it's generic e not the correct logo. In the Leagues is correct.

There is no simple way of doing this. You will need to edit the crowd placement files of each stadium you want to change. I have not done this myself, I think you would need Blender and arianos10's script:
