Drop the language packs into the main FIFA 16 folder...when you boot up the game go to the settings where you can make changes to gameplay etc...switch to the settings on audio and it will allow you to change the announcers...i'm using all of the voices so I have to go here before each game to change commentary

So you have English Premier League with different commentators?

There's a trick that I do in order to use the english international commentators. I put teams into the international group and play games with them there...but that will not work when you are playing in season mode of course...I just sim my games anyway so it don't matter to me
