No. The answer is no. Nobody has been able to edit the sound files for years. But if you say the answer is yes, then provide a detailed tutorial including a list of editing and conversion tools.

Well Ariel from moddingway did it, and there was a HUGE thread, but the tutorial wasn't posted on the first post, it was in an attachment that was later deleted

If that's the case then I stand corrected. But if there's no tutorial, and no tools, and nobody knows how to do it, then what's the point of saying it can be done?
