Thank you bangus; I tried several; I like paul's mod; but still the dribblings are too easy.
I was wondering if there was a string to pay attention to in the cl.ini
With globally editing players; you mean you have to edit the database; right?
open db in db manager and set new values in excel? (if yes: I'm newbie in excel; what's the right formula)?
Did you upload your values somewhere in the forum?

dribblings are too easy

Sorry, I thought you wanted to make dribbling easier, but I see you want to make the game harder. Play on legendary difficulty obviously if you want a harder game. Easiest solution would be to simply lower speed, accel and first touch sliders for your team. You can also get the CPU to play tighter defense by lowering the CPU line height and line length sliders, try setting them to 20. There are many db edits one can do to make the game harder and the CPU more aggressive defensively. But it sounds like you're looking for an easy solution so try difficulty and slider settings first.

Ok thanks; cpu difficulty is ok; only that when I start a run with a fast player; if I want I can arrive in front of goal easily even at legendary: I have to force myself to stop; meaning that I have to avoid runs almost at all. I'll try your slides for now Or maybe I can reduce some values in db right?

In all honesty, you've got to be some kind of FIFA master if you can dribble thru the CPU on legendary, so I'm not sure there are any db edits that will make the game difficult enough for you. Raising player and team tactic aggression to 99 maybe, if you want crazy CPU pressing. Not my idea of a fun game but it will definitely stop you from being able to dribble easily. But maybe just use CM 15 to lower your team's abilities would be my suggestion, it's a lot less work.
