Ok, let me take the lead from my fellow Madridista here because a lot of what's been said is either erroneous or just plain ignorant. For once, I personally do not believe Barca are a classless organization on the contrary I think they are very classy as an organization with many classy people starting with Laporta and followed closely by Pep Guardiola, great men IMO. I do believe however that Barca like other organizations (including ours) has classless people that is where Ja's argument could have stemmed from (ie. Etoo, Marquez for Barca....Mijatovic/Calderon for us)

In this forum I have never made it a secret that I think Arnau and Bybuti are immature assholes who need to get a life....they are more worried about what Madrid does or doesnt do than about what their own team does, people like them make it both enjoyable and even satisfying when Barca lose...however that label does not stick to everybody here....The moment Madrid does well it is rather apparent how quiet most Barca fans get in this forum (with noted exceptions) and when Madrid does poorly as is the case now there is suddendly an outpour of Visca Barca and all that crap....I personally have never been shy in praising you guys for good play or your players...Anyway, the point is, a lot of you need to get more interested in YOUR team and less interested in OURS....

Ps. Whoever said that we didnt kick your ass last year, I suggest you go watch those two games again...in Camp Nou the 0-1 was by far too generous to you guys should have easily been 1-3 or 1-4 and the 4-1 in the Bernabeu was also generous....a 5-1 could have been more accurate...so in short, yes, in head to head meeting we did kick you ass...

AND yes!! I love what I saw, man, the heart, the fight in that second half was a joy to behold special props to Gago, Higuain (I love him now!) and Robben...even Drenthe played his part....Bad referee and even worse defense....Marcelo needs to GO! he just sucks, or use him as a LW not a LB...he just sucks as a defender, always late, always untimely, always slow to the closedown...loan him or get rid of him definetly Roberto Carlos he is not!

Good game against Sevilla, as far as heart and determination goes. That's key because with that, wins will eventually come. Entertaining match in which the better team won in the end. Congrats to Sevilla. I was expecting worse actually...with the abundance of injuries and poor form but this gives us a very positive attitude to bring to the Camp Nou. I dont care if we win or lose I just want to see the same fighting spirit.

P.S - Arnau, you have no life man. I think you spend more time here than you do in the Barca thread....thank you for making us feel even more important. Thanks!

Who are you? Idiot! You talk about injuries and thats your excuse for last year. If I wanted to I could say that we have severe injuries and that will and has been affecting us but I wont. We are abig team that is supposed to have a very good bench, period. No injury excuses from me.

I wouldny say Barca have no class but I would say that Barca feel like the red headed step child in Spain. Barca are 2nd best historically speaking and that is something that bothers Barca deep down, big time. Also, Barca and its p[eople love to play the hero/victim role and pretend they are freedom fighters and pretend to be righteous all the time. I think its pathetic but hey if it gives you more purpose then by all means live in your fantasy world. And no Cataluna isnt a country, its part of Spain. You can either a), ask a travel agent, b) look it up in the world atlas, c) Check in with the UN, d) all of the above. But like I said, if playing pretend makes you happy and makes you feel more important then that's what counts!

You know, with De la Red out for God knows when (maybe forever ) and J. Garcia is just not good enough IMO. I think we should really consider getting another DM/CM in here....along with a RW of course.

I like how in the NFL you can put a player on injured reserve and that opens up a roster spot immediately, I wish we could do that as well in La Liga, we could have had two or three extra spots for the Cantera boys or possibly the Xfer market....a shame really all these injuries and the worst part is that they are all serious/career threatening type....I really really liked De La Red, I was really bummed when things happened with him and now he might never play again....a shame, because he was such a talent, but that is life and his life is more important than the sport

Well I am not sure exactly how this works, but I know that in Spain if a player has an injury that takes them out for the rest of the season than we can de-register that player (so in this case Ruud or Diarra) and register it to another player. I am not sure 100% how it works and am not sure if you can only do it once but we could do it it's just that the most recent player we signed is injured as well so it won't really matter to us.

Anyone have any options for that RW? I know this guy is not really a RW but I would love it if we could pull off singing Silva....man what a great deal that would be for us, the guy can play almost anywhere and is really amazing. I really hope we try to sign him, Valencia are in big trouble with money and we need to at least make an effort to try and get him.

Oh man silva would be fantastic really at any of the wings...I would like to we schweinsteiger too he can be simply electrifying his problem is that he can be inconsistent...other than that the winter market is pretty thin right now..

So it's being reported that Schuster is going to be fired (some say before the Barca game) and that Juande Ramos will take over....so Mijatovic ****s up in the summer and now Schuster is getting sacked, although lately Schuster has been a royal ass to deal with. Very very whiny he has been. Mijatovic also did not like the comments made by Schuster after the Sevilla defeat.

Not sure about Juande Ramos to be honest and even more so not so sure about sacking Schuster right now. Anyway, this is what's being reported right now. If he does common hopefully he brings some common sense ( Schuster has been losing it for a while ) and a sense of fight in our team...we need to at least aim to qualify for a CL spot, otherwise this season is mostly over already.

To be honest I am not sure if Ramos is the man for the job or if keeping Schuster is good either, also does not looks like managment knows what to do. They are in panic mode right now.

Edit - one last note, this just proves that we should have sacked Schuster after the Valladolid game...would have been a much better timing than this. Everyone could see what was going to happen with Schuster.

I was the one who said that you didn't kick our asses.

I thought that "When we were kicking your asses" meant the whole season, as it's in "we were". Had it been written "When we kicked your asses", I might have understood it as for the Classicos. Maybe Jaouadinho can let me know which case he meant there.

I'm never in question of the teams fighting spirit...but the tactics have been suspect along with some of the player selection...however I don't know if I would have wanted this done the days before the biggest game of our season...frankly barca is set to perhaps give us our greatest embarasement yet...I believe we can fight to a draw but we
Have to score first and Barca can't score more than twice...It is a rough day in the Madridista family!

On the bright side, pressure is all on Barca to beat us since, imo, they are the best European team atm. We are horrid and no one expects us to win or draw so I think it relieves the team. All I expect is a 100% commitment. With the lack of quality we have atm, I will be extremely happy if we jsut work our asses off and show some pride and determination.

Well apart from tactics Schuster has been losing it for a while now, really at times he was begging to be fired (like him not talking to the squad, not trying to talk during half-time of games, and all the other **** he was doing) and it happeend. It just sucks it happens now and not before.
