Jaouadinho;2501179 said:we have missed ruud greatly and well miss him even more, not just because he scores goals, he offers us more then that, his movement, he holds the ball up pretty well and raul can play of him in his favourite position which is best for him.
but i hope to see higuian starting with raul or soldado up front.
on the diego issue i think we should go for him, i would much rather have him then guti and baptista put toghether.
i think next season schuster will be playing more of a 4-3-3 formation with diego-sniejde-diarra/gago midfield. and robinho-ruud/newST- raul/robben i think that would suite the players much more and it gives us more of an edge when trying to break teams down.
Diego in Werder exit? 'Over my dead body' - Born
Werder Bremen president Jurgen Born has warned rival clubs that star playmaker Diego is not for sale at any price.
The 23-year-old Brazil international has been one of the most impressive performers in the Bundesliga this season and has been linked with a move to both Chelsea and Real Madrid.
But the former Porto midfielder, who signed a one-year extension to his deal at the Weserstadion earlier this season, is under contract until 2011.
Werder are already resigned to losing Tim Borowski to Bayern Munich in the summer and Born is determined the club's most prized asset will not follow him out the door.
He told Spanish radio station Onda Cero: 'If someone wants to buy Diego, they have to kill me first. Diego will only leave Werder over my dead body.
'No one has rang me from Madrid - neither regarding Diego nor any other Werder players.
'Diego is not for sale. He has a contract with us until 2011 and is the most important player in our team.'
The player himself admits he has spoken to fellow Brazil international Robinho about Real Madrid, but has not had any contact with the club.
He told Spanish sports daily Marca: 'My friend Robinho has told me that Real Madrid are a huge club and I know Real coach Bernd Schuster speaks very highly of me.
'When someone wants to open negotiations over me we will see what happens.
'But I have no agreements with any other club - neither with Real nor with (Serie A side) Juventus.'

Ronaldo's and Kaka's of the world they are happy at their teams, and that is what makes it truly impossible for them to leave...
Socrates;2501374 said:What the hell, Henry scores than Valencia score another right after that. Wow Barca defence really does suck, Milito got danced by Silva than Zambrotta looked a retard for doing nothing as Mata scores his second and Valencia's 3.
EDIT - LOL, crazy last 10 mins there...how the hell did noone see a red card? It was funny seeing Puyol ass rape David Villa on the corner flag though. So Valencia advance as Barca did manage to get a second from Eto'o...hmm well at least one thing is sure, Valencia will be more tired when they face us now.
Why would it be unbalanced?Socrates;2501245 said:That would seem a bit unbalanced no? I mean I guess it would work since Wesley can play CM but it seems like he would be more effective at the MC position. Either way I don't think we will get him as German teams tend to stay strong when they don't want to sell their player like Hamburg did with V.D. Varrt so it's going to be pretty hard and expensive to get him.

its bisaclly the same formation we are playing now except diego instead of guti.
but your probably right he will be hard to get and even if we do hell be for a crazy amount of money that is not worth paying for him. but i dont see who else we can get for that position, there is granero who is great but i dont think pedja and bernd will have the confidence in him to start.
V vaart is an option as well but i dont think hell be the right choice and is pretty injury prone.
