As reporting that Madrid are tying to cut a deal for Van der vaart...also Robben could be presented with Drenthe in a surprise move if you will....I am still dissapointed how hard its been for us..

Also we lost to Depor 1-2 for the Teresa Carreño and the team is not looking great, granted Schuster tried a lot of different pieces in the game but given that the Supercup is saturday it doesnt look great...

In that game we played our B/C team and still we messed up some easy chances. All things considered I think it was a more than acceptable performance from our team and the one that goes out to play the Supercup will be a much inproved lineup. We will be able to see more of who Schuster thinks is first team material.

Sevillista - Man that sucks, I was really looking forward to catching the game live but oh well.

Where do you get your info from?! Robben will come to Real for sure! Its just a matter of time. As for Sneijder, if we are willing to pay the 30 mil price tag then he would be a good buy, but I'd like him to stay in Holland, because without him the Dutch Eredivisie would be a lot more boring. Leave him for next year. (or get vd Vaart ;))

Ajax has confirmed a bid on Wesley today and also that he is very interested and he really wants to join Real Madrid so it's only a matter of time I think.
Mijatovic is in Amsterdam at the moment and Real is preparing a higher bid for him (around 28/29M) cause our Technical Manager wants the highest price for him and if not then no deal! But for Wesley's sake he's hoping the clubs can come together and as I understand it now Ajax is already in search for a replacement for a few weeks.
So I think it won't be Robben but Wesley Sneijder who goes to Madrid.
We will miss him very very much but everyone is replacable, he is also and we get a lot of money for him to get a replacement.
Still I'm hoping he stays but that's just wishfull thinking I guess.. :boohoo:

Yeah it could be true, but Robben is a left winger and Sneijder is a ACM (or CM in a 4-3-3) so they are apart if each other. With the Drenthe buy, I really hope that they dont give up on Robben OR Quaresma, because we need one of those. Drenthe doesnt have the quality (yet).

What do you guys think your starting XI will be tomorrow? Here's what I imagine from Sevilla, though Juande Ramos might make changes based on who he has seen in form, etc.

---------------Palop----------------
Alves---Boulahrouz--Drago---Puerta
-------------Poulsen----------------
Navas-------Renato---------Adriano
---------Fabiano--Kerzhakov---------

Keep in mind that Javi Navarro and Escude are injured and Kanoute is suspended.

we might play like this
----------casillas---------
ramos--pepe---canna-torres-
-----diarra------guti--------
--balboa------------robinho-
----------raul--------------
------------saviola----------

unless schuster decides to use
RAUL and Baptista on top. (6)

Damn, that looks pretty much amazing. Are you sure Navas is playing?! If so, then I hope Torres has a very good night.

--------------Casillas----------------
-------Pepe------------Canna-------
-Ramos-----------------------Torres-
--------------Diarra-----------------
Balboa--------Guti---------Robinho--
-------------Baptista---------------
-------------Saviola----------------

Lets hope he uses Baptista OR Soldado upfront. I dont want to see Raul start this match. Maybe second half, but not starting!! I gotta say that we need to improve tomorrow because this is the first REAL test and we must succeed! Again, I would use Baptista or Soldado, especially Baptista will be fired up to play against his old team!

Navas won't necessarily play... I wouldn't be surprised if Juande played Marti instead of Navas for more of a "trivote." There's also an outside chance that De Mul will start there, but that seems the least likely scenario. Another doubt of mine is our defence where Juande might drop Poulsen back to CB if he is not confident in Boulahrouz yet. Then we might reserve players for our CL qualifier... so there's really no knowing who will play. Our 11 might even look like this:
------------Palop--------------
Alves--Poulsen--Drago--Puerta
Navas---Marti--Keita---Adriano
-----------Renato------------
-----------Fabiano-----------

Neither of our starting 11's are very convincing, and neither team is in top form... I imagine it's going to be a scrappy match. Hopefully our crowd can wake our side up.

Well then I can make you happy when I say that ours also arent in top form. And our lineup doesnt look that convincing too. But Sevilla-Real Madrid is always fun to watch, so I cant wait.

LMAO! We had Sneijder THIS close and now its gone! Real Madrid made a bid for 24 mil. Ajax wanted 30 mil, but then they lowered it to 27 mil. But now it comes, Real Madrid said that they wont negotiatie for that amount and gave Ajax 3 hours to agree with the 24 mil offer. 3 F*CKING hours!! WHY?! So Ajax rejected to work like that. So forget about Sneijder for now. Our board f*cked up AGAIN! Now pay the f*cking 15/20 mil for vd Vaart and get over it!

as I said.....complete garbage, this is a disgrace and I hope Madridistas in Madrid and Spain let those two clowns in the front office know that. I just hope the team can perform in spite of all the blunders that has been this offseason

edit:
Marca is saying the deal is done for 25 Millions for Sneijder....they are now drafting the contract for the man...how true could that be....Who knows we'll know monday thought

That news of Marca is older then the news that they stopped the negotiation. Marca's news was in the morning while the news that they stopped was in the afternoon. An interesting note though, Martin van Geel (sporting dir. Ajax) has said that Real Madrid told him they are also busy with another player and thats why they wanted the deal to be done so fast (LMAO!! bunch of fools at our board). That other player is Rafael vd Vaart I assume. Well, im actually almost sure of it. The other gifted Dutch player. Even more gifted than Sneijder, but has some injury problems. Though not much. F*ck it, lets hope one of the 2 (or both) comes.

Oh, CANT WAIT for the Supercup match!!! HALA MADRID!!!
