Have you opened task manager to see if you have a lot of programs running you dont know? You can often close a hell lot of them

But when I am going to task manager and trying to close a program it says that it might have unwanted results.......

well of course.But it says it may have. Not that it will certainly have. So I suggest you send us a picture of your task manager and we can tell you some programs you can close.

hmm that's too weird. You are running the vital processes for windows to run kaspersky antivirus(?) and 1-2 applications of your modem? or something like this. Well it seems to me like a virus or a system problem. Or that FM uses up a lot of memory due to 21 leagues.
