Yes.You will beable to play isspe2. Igot my copy from the UK (pal format) You will need the import player to be able to play from pal to ntsc(US format) or you can simply patch it from pal to ntsc with pal4u. Another option would be an emulator.(epsxe)
Works pretty good.
