see, if chelsea win the league, their automatically qualified for the CL

but they also won the carling cup and the winners go to uefa cup

so im confused now

The runner up of the carling cup will get the uefa cup place

what if liverpool become 5th and they alreadyfor UEFA Cup

Then the next team on the league table that don't have a place, will get one.

i'm not sure but i think only the winner of the League Cup won a UEFA Cup spot. if the winner qualifies for CL the next team in the league get the uefa spot.

Only in the FA Cup the runner-up could get a UEFA Cup spot.
