Question About The .ini Files

Hello lovely soccergaming community,
since the Frosty Editor supports FIFA 18 every .ini file is finally editable.
I've already made a few changes and they are working fine but I want to change other stuff too and there's where I need your help.

1.) What do I need to change/add to make sprinting speed and acceleration trainable?
2.) a) Has anyone managed to tweak the transfer.ini to get more loan offers? That's my current transfer.ini file.

FORCE_USER_PAP_BID_CHANCE = 99    // The minimum chance pap player will be bid on
FORCE_USER_BID_CHANCE = 99    // Daily chance that we attempt to force a bid on a user player
FORCE_USER_BID_MIN_DAYS = 1    // Min days the player should be on the list before bids come in (>= check)

As you can see I modified to file with ridiculous values but still... nothing happens. It works perfectly when I put a player to the transfer list. I receive offers within 3 days for the listed player no matter how bad he is but it just doesn't work with loans.
Does anyone have any tips for me?
[I also tried to set "FORCE_USER_BID_LISTVSLOAN =" to 99/100 and 1/2 (Just in case) - no effect]

b) Talking about transfers/loans. What do I have to change to stop player rejecting their offer(s)? That's one of the most annoying features EA added. When I finally receive a loan offer, I am more than happy to accept it but after a few days I get a message saying that the player won't leave because the negotiations stopped.
[I don't know the exact phrase in English since I am playing the German version.
But I hope you know what I am talking about.]

i think loans teams only go for loans at certain points during transfer window. i tried to edit transfer.ini before frosty was released and it sort of worked.. not for loans though. i only got offers in certain weeks. like 3-5 week or something i dont remember exactly but i never got more loans regardless of what .ini string i edited.

seems like with frostbite engine there are generally less loan offers than before.

Just download my archive from the paulv2k thread and there you will find among other files training_drill_attributes_list and. training_progress.
Just load them with frosty editor and ready to play.
PS: There are more attributes that could not be trained and I added all of them.
For better training results download training_result_converter from the same archive.

Yeah, that's the same problem I am facing. The strange thing is, that it is working with players who are on the transfer list...

That's not true. Back in FIFA 17 I edited the transfer.ini with Aranaktu's table and I received loan offers for every player I've put on the loan list [no matter how bad they were]. That's why I don't understand why it isn't working now.

Very nice. It's working perfectly.
I also tried to use your transfer.ini but sadly I don't get more loan offers.
