Question about my coaches coaching the youngsters.

Hey guys I was wondering since I have lots of good-great coaches. Was wondering why do they all say "Senior Staff" under team. I want them to coach the under 20 and reserves team. Or do they also coach them? also is there a option for my one of my coaches to take charge of the under 20 and reserve while i take over the 1st team? or you guys don't recommend me doing that? and leave it the way is it. Thanks

You can go to Manager->Options and assign a coach to the Reserves and U20s. There are also some other options there like contract renewals, friendly arrangements, etc.
