Question about Game Speed of Demo vs Full Version

I've been playing the demo and I just ordered the game from Amazon. I noticed that in the demo, adjusting the game speed slider has no effect on the game itself no matter what setting I use. Does this function not work in the Demo (why isn't it greyed out??) and can you properly adjust the game speed in the full vesion?

out of curiosity, what version did you get from Amazon?

the worldwide soccer manager 2006, or the Football manager 2006?

There is no difference. WWSM is the U.S. version of FM. They call it WWSM in North America so people here don't confuse it with American football.
