Question about Footballmatch.it Italian Superpatch

This patch is fantastic as it has all the proper kits for all italian teams as well as their flags. The only problem for me is that when installing this patch, it makes the default language italian. I understand some italian but i much rather have the english language back. Is there anyway i can do this?
