a new "t3db.dll" library has been used for reading db files,
this is a very complete dll, and is able to load a wider range of different databases

This is a beta version:
Readonly - Databases can be loaded, not saved !

refpack (chunkref2)
zlib (chunkzip2)
lzx (chunklzx)
lzma (chunklzma)
lz4 (chunklz4)

* there shouldnt be a "\" before a folder
* make sure file "input\file_in.rx3" exists ?
* make sure folder "out" exists ?
