I get it, not sure if he ever had a face in main FIFA, but I found a coach with such id in FIFA 20 db.
It's current Peru's NT coach - Juan Reynoso.

Same for Ibrahim Afellay, who never even had a face in FIFA. They probably would have scanned him during his time in the Premier League at Stoke City.
Could it be that there is also no Cherki ?? Because Camilo is from Lyon and in FIFA 23 EA release Lukeba and Gusto.

Hey buddy, im trying to edit this fifa mobile db and tried different ways but its always giving errors and wont load on CM nor DBM!
I think it was you who managed to export it as a Microsoft table/sheet a couple of weeks ago,
Please can you please give it a second shot
(BTW, somebody already managed to edit it but sadly refuses to share the method with the community! )

Iraizoz is ingame avaible as part of the '18 season it seems for example

unlike FIFA 23 faces, FO4 made faces arent usually scanned think : they are custom made
there s a clear difference between the arthur (juve) from FO4 and the one from FIFA 23 for example
i have info for Vietnam:
at FO4 (vietnam), there s a team "Vietnam Future Generation"
wich has 5 players wich dont exist at regular fifas, with each a face :
